The Reform Methodology.

You are not actually the problem

Our Approach: The Reform Recovery Method

At Reform Recovery, we don’t believe you’re broken (because you’re not!). You don’t need fixing. You need a new approach.
Our coaching is built on the foundation of lived experience, professional training, and a radical mindset shift:
You are not the problem. The problem is the approach you’ve been taught to use.
Most people struggling with binge eating and bulimia are stuck in a cycle - not because they’re weak, but because they’ve been relying on strategies that don’t work. Willpower, strict rules, and trying to “fix” everything at once only deepen the struggle. That’s where Reform Recovery is different.
We follow a simple, structured, and empowering methodology based on three essential components:

1. Mindset Shift

Recovery begins in the mind. We help you change how you relate to cravings, food thoughts, and yourself - moving away from shame and self-blame, and toward resilience, clarity, and self-trust.

2. Body Rebalance

Despite what you may have heard, recovery IS about food. Many binge cycles are rooted in physical deprivation. Together, we rebuild consistent, nourishing habits that regulate hunger, reduce binge urges, and restore balance to your body (without dieting or restriction).

3. Insightful Eating

This is where you reconnect with your body’s inner guidance. You’ll learn what foods feel good, what satisfies you, and how to eat in a way that’s both freeing and nourishing. No rigid rules, just deepened self-awareness, trust, and confidence in your body’s natural wisdom.

Why It Works

This approach is simple, practical, and rooted in both science and real-world results. It's not about willpower. It's about reforming the habits, patterns, and beliefs that have kept you stuck and replacing them with ones that support lasting, life-giving change.
Because binge eating isn’t a character flaw. It’s a pattern and patterns can be unlearned.
This is recovery without shame, without obsession, and without rewriting your entire identity. Just small, doable steps forward.
