How does coaching work?

Work together with me 1:1 via two coaching options:

  • Weekly 1:1 Coaching Call (45 mins via zoom) + reach-out email support
  • Full comprehensive Email Coaching (no face to face calls required)
    (We get it! talking face to face when you may have never discussed your eating disorder with anyone, ever! is not always easy. Thats why we have created the option of full email correspondence if you prefer.) 

Weekly Check-Ins

Submit your update on a day that suits you best. You’ll receive personalised feedback, insights, and encouragement from your coach within 24–48 hours.

Zoom Coach Call - weekly

If you’ve chosen Zoom coaching, we’ll meet once a week for a 45-minute session instead of the written format. During these sessions, we’ll explore your current challenges, progress, and practical steps to support your recovery. 

Unlimited Email Support

Both coaching options include ongoing email support. You’re never alone in this - reach out anytime for guidance or encouragement. You’ll receive a caring response within 48 hours (Monday–Friday)
