What types of disordered eating patterns do you treat?
I specialize in treating:
Do you offer coaching for all ages?
Yes! I coach women, men, and teens — from adolescence into adulthood. It’s never too early or too late to seek help.
Do you offer coaching for Anorexia Nervosa?
While I don’t specialize in Anorexia Nervosa on its own, I can work with clients in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Due to the complex, potentially life-threatening nature of Anorexia, it requires a higher level of in-person care, including medical supervision, structured meal plans, and inpatient or outpatient support. If you’re dealing with Anorexia, I recommend first seeking help from a clinical team trained in intensive eating disorder treatment.
I’ve tried to recover before and it didn’t work. Am I unfixable?
Let’s set one thing straight: you are not broken. Recovery isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about creating lasting change. The Reform Methodology is future-focused and action-based. We won’t dwell on the past or overanalyze. Instead, we’ll focus on why you’re stuck in the cycle and take actionable steps to break free, leading to full recovery.
What if I don’t have the willpower to stop bingeing and purging?
Willpower alone won’t get you to lasting recovery. You need to understand the physiological reasons behind your bingeing and purging — and once you do, you’ll learn compassionate, practical ways to cope. With the right tools and mindset, you’ll find that the urge to binge diminishes, and in turn, the need to purge disappears. Recovery is about breaking that cycle for good.
Is recovery coaching private?
Absolutely. I understand the fear that comes with opening up about an eating disorder. All communication is 100% confidential via secure email systems. Plus, there’s no mention of eating disorder terms on bank statements or invoices.
What if I decide partway through coaching that it isn’t for me?
That’s totally fine. If you decide coaching isn’t the right fit, simply email me, and we’ll wrap things up. Payments will be adjusted to the week of cancellation. There’s no obligation to continue if the timing doesn’t feel right — and my full support will always be here when you’re ready.
What if I fail?
I want you to approach coaching with a can-do mindset, because full recovery is absolutely possible. I know firsthand the fear of change, but sometimes the pain of staying stuck is greater than the fear of taking that first step. It’s better to try and fail than not to try at all. What do you have to lose?
I’ve had my eating disorder for 10+ years. Is it too late to recover?
It’s never too late. Full recovery is possible, no matter how long you've struggled. You’ve shown incredible determination and perseverance over the years — now, you can harness those strengths to fuel your recovery. It’s time to use your resilience for something empowering.
I don’t have time for recovery. How can I fit it into my busy life?
I get it — life is busy. But recovery doesn’t have to consume all your time. We’ll need 1 coaching session per week, but most of the work can be done in small, actionable steps that fit into your daily routine. You can choose how, when, and where to fit email correspondence into your schedule. At Reform Recovery, we focus on future-driven actions instead of spending hours rehashing the past. You’ve already wasted enough time on your eating disorder — now it’s time to invest in your future.
How much does Recovery Coaching cost?
